We are a small breeding kennel located in the heart of Nova Scotia Canada. Our first Standard Schnauzer, Ch. Dinsdale’s Captain Tempête CGN, came to us in 2001 as a family companion. We were encouraged to show him in conformation and never looked back.
We are members of the Canadian Kennel Club, the Standard Schnauzer Club of Canada and the Standard Schnauzer Club of America.
Over the years we have shown our dogs in conformation, and trained and competed in obedience, rally obedience and tracking. Beyond all, our schnauzers are family companions and they love to go for a walk and explore the great outdoors.
Our breeding program aims to produce a healthy dog with excellent temperament. At Champagne Standard Schnauzers we only breed the Pepper & Salt variety.
We are proud of the success our dogs have achieved in the show ring. You will find in these pages their ongoing accomplishments. All of our breeding stock has medical clearances for hips , eyes and DNA tested for DCM; you will find their certificates and link on their individual pages.
