When we attended the Standard Schnauzer Club of Canada Specialty this summer in Winnipeg, Lia came out of retirement to show as a veteran at the specialty.  In fact Lia was the oldest dog entered and she caught the eye of the Judge as she entered the ring ! Lia hardly needs me to go in the ring, she would likely get it all done without me 😉 coming back from the diagonal the judge asked me “She has done it all hasn’t she ?” with a big smile! As we took the picture later, I said  BIS GChX Dinsdale Champagne Celebration RN, CGN  ( and one leg short of her RA title) has had a full career with over 100 group placements, a Best all breed in Show , Rally title; but we might still go for that last leg for her Rally advance, who knows 🙂
